sometimes you find yourself in a jam, like maybe a traffic jam and you bitch and moan about why they insist upon doing construction during the day or why people drive like complete idiots or why all the horse trailers (i live in IDAHO!) have no tail lights. my friend michelle and i headed west on interstate 84 today to visit a scrapbook store in caldwell. we got stuck on that freeway for what seemed like forever and decided to exit in Nampa because the looky loo traffic on the other side was stupid backed up.
we saw the two vehicles involved when we passed the scene. there was hardly anything left of the front of the two cars. i understand that one of the vehicles crossed the median and it was a head on collision. while i started typing this i heard on the news that one of the drivers, a woman, 8 months pregnant died but they were able to save the baby. as i am finishing typing this they announced that the baby died. i didn't know these people but i know that those that loved them are in horrific pain and i pray for them.
